EXPO

The Food Innovation Camp trade fair offers space for up to 85 innovative exhibitors to present their novel products to a broad professional audience. Guests can look forward to innovations from the food and beverage sectors, as well as food accessories and sustainable beauty products.

CONFERENCE

Talks on innovative food topics, panel discussions with decision-makers and innovators, and workshops on topics such as financing, patents, legal issues, marketing, etc., ensure extensive know-how transfer for startups and the established food industry.

MATCHMAKING

To bring food innovators together with the right discussion partners, we organize speed dating and one-on-one matchmaking sessions for our exhibitors with investors, decision-makers from the retail and food service sectors, and potential cooperation partners.

PITCH STAGE

Here, more than 30 food startups present themselves to interested decision-makers from retail, gastronomy and investment. A jury of experts provides direct feedback and an attractive prize package awaits the winners.

All show startups will additionally be present at the pre-event with representatives from Chefs Culinar and other interesting guests from the hospitality industry.

FIC Show Kitchen & Bar

Professional chefs will prepare innovative products in the exclusive FIC Expo Kitchen and create new dishes that can be tasted directly by the Food Camp guests. During the presentation of the products, the startups can plan promotional activities, distribute materials and engage in conversation with the guests.

Speakers Dinner & Aftershow Party​

The Speakers Dinner on the eve of the Food Innovation Camp gathers all partners, speakers and celebrities to ring in the FIC together and make first contacts. After the trade fair, we will end the day relaxing with music and good drinks on the roof terrace of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. Above the rooftops of the city, the day thus comes to a suitable finish.
