NEW: Forum Foodsense

Get to know food and future technologies in a playful way.

The “Forum Foodsense” is a new platform at the Food Innovation Camp 2025, inviting visitors to experience the future of food with all their senses – through art, education and interaction.

Food connects people and cultures. The Forum Foodsense combines education, art and technology to make the necessary nutritional turnaround an emotional experience. Art forms offer new perspectives and make the future of nutrition a playful and artistic experience. Food is not only technology and innovation, but also perception, culture and community.

Interactive activities and installations at the Food Innovation Camp on June 23, 2025 will create a sensory approach to future topics relating to food and nutrition – beyond laboratory aesthetics and technical jargon.

Professional chefs will prepare innovative products in the exclusive FIC Expo Kitchen and create new dishes that can be tasted directly by the Food Camp guests.
