The Food Innovation Camp trade fair offers space for up to 85 exhibitors to present their innovative products to a broad specialist audience. Guests can look forward to new products from the food and beverages sector as well as food accessories and sustainable beauty products.
Talks on innovative food topics, panel discussions with decision-makers and innovators and workshops on topics such as financing, patents, legal topics, marketing etc. ensure extensive know-how transfer for startups and established food companies.
In order to bring food innovators together with the right discussion partners, we organise speed dating and individual matchmaking events for our exhibitors with investors, decision-makers from trade and gastronomy as well as potential cooperation partners.
Over 30 food and beauty startups will be presenting themselves to interested decision-makers from trade, gastronomy and investment. A jury of experts will give direct feedback and the winners will receive an attractive award package.
„So many young people are full of ideas and creativity. They try out, develop and found. The FIC is THE wonderful platform to present all these ideas, to discuss them or even to find partners who help in the further development to build a wonderful company out of a startup.“
Christian RachTV-chef and cookbook author
“Within three years, the Food Innovation Camp has developed into one of the most important industry meetings. A highlight for us every year accordingly.”
“The Food Innovation Camp in Hamburg is the hub of the food scene and a MUST VISIT if you want to launch an innovative new product on the market. It is more than just a fair where you can present yourself ideally as a startup, but a format where you can get to know potential investors, customers, industry experts, inspirers, other founders and mentors. We were able to make valuable contacts.”
„The FIC is the ideal opportunity for us to get in touch with startups at an early stage and ideally to lay the foundation for future cooperation.“
